Our private meeting space, located adjacent to Hot Rod's, boasts accommodations and amenities for all your event needs.

Full service catering is available with a wide

variety of choices and options.

The perfect space for your party or special event!

Rates:  $100 per hour up to a maximum of 8 hours. Balance is due at booking. 

Seating Capacity:  40

Alcohol: Allowed with additional, refundable, $250 deposit. 

Amenities:  Wall mounted 55” HDTV, bluetooth speakers, refrigerator & freezer, prep space & serving bar, serving tables.

Decorating:  Please include enough time in your booking to allow for decorating.  All tablecloths, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, paper products, etc. are the responsibility of the renter unless catering is selected.

Catering:  For an additional fee, full service catering is available with a variety of choices and options.  Catering includes linen tablecloths, flatware, dinnerware, glassware and all paper products. 

Set Up and Clean Up for Room Only:  The renter is responsible for set up and clean up.  Your booked time begins and ends at the times you designate in your booking.  Please be sure to include enough time for set up and clean up in the amount of hours that you reserve the space for.  Any additional time beyond the booked time will be charged at $100 per hour.

Set up and Clean up for Room plus Catering:  Food set up and clean up will be provided.  Any other decorating set up and clean up is the responsibility of the renter and should be completed within the times you designate in your booking.  Any additional time beyond the booked time will be charged at $100 per hour.

Cancellation:  3 week cancellation policy.  Cancellations prior to 3 weeks of event will receive a full refund.  Cancellations within 3 weeks of event will receive a full refund minus a $100 deposit.
